Following the delivery of my 2008 yesterday, I would like to amend my initial review.
The dealership was very involved and helpful in expediting the delivery of my vehicle.
The sales advisor was always available and attentive.
The dealership manager demonstrated genuine and sincere commitment to resolving the delivery delay. The reception at the dealership was always warm, even when I was frustrated.
The delivery itself went smoothly with a very courteous advisor. The dealership also made some commendable gestures of goodwill.
As a reminder, here is my initial review:
"Car in stock ordered on September 5th, scheduled for delivery on October 5th, 2025, registered on September 24th, 2025. Still not delivered as of today, October 23rd, 2025. The dealership says there's nothing they can do, claiming it's a problem with the carrier. Peugeot customer service refers me back to the dealership????"
I would like to add to this review by stating that Peugeot France's customer service was completely nonexistent. I am still pursuing compensation from Peugeot France for the 44-day delay in the delivery of this in-stock vehicle.

The follow-up was impeccable, the personalized advice very helpful, and I felt supported from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Clément for his professionalism and kindness.
