I bought my first used car from this garage and was a little nervous about it. I drove 700 km from Ramatuelle to pick it up so I was really trusting the salesperson. Sebastien Ginoux, the salesman, was so professional. Everything was ready upon my arrival. The price was very reasonable. The car was like brand new. They did an amazing job in preparing the car for me and had all the paperwork was ready for signature. Sebastien took lots of time with me before I left the garage and explained so many important details about the car so that I felt at ease taking the long road back home. Many thanks to Sebastien and his team at Citroen Brive. J'adore ma nouvelle voiture !!!

I'm only giving 2 stars because our salesperson (Sébastien) deserves 5, maybe more, but the service department only deserves one, if that. I bought a 308 HDI with 3,500 km on the clock.
After signing the order form, the car went to the workshop to be prepared. Two weeks is fine, no problem for a service on a car with 3,500 km, that should be plenty. The result: the person who handled the service must have spent a good deal of time slacking off.
I picked up the car on November 19, 2025, with all 100 checkpoints completed.
On the 20th, while talking to a Peugeot dealer, I learned that there were 3 manufacturer recalls. I checked the form filled out by the workshop: 11/19/2025 recall campaign checked.
I had to bother Sébastien, our salesperson, to rectify the negligence or incompetence of his colleague in the workshop.
Recall performed on December 8, 2025.
How can they let a car leave the workshop with these recall issues?
Bad experience with this workshop, even though the salesperson's welcome was excellent. It's a shame everyone isn't up to his standard.
