Good service, always helpfull. Really try to get the car back in tip-top condition and will tell you if there are issues at hand or future issues that are going to need attention (and a carwash to top it off too!). I try yo communicate in my limited French but there are always a few in the shop that will help out with their knowledge of English.

This was the worst car Company I have ever experienced. (I am Driving since 1983 , even as a student/Former taxi driver): Imagine:you Are on vacation with a Passat, imagine your wife is not healthy, imagine outside is a temperatur of 39 Degree Celsius. And the the climate automatic inside the car fails . Imagine you have 1100 Miles ahead to your home . You want to solve Problems,
Two Front Desk Manager, 1 sales Manager, 1 Repair Manager, 1 Service Manager-all of them have the Same answer: come back in 3 weeks. And the Bonus-Package is …… no one gives you a telefonenumber of an alternative. Even with my reduced French language I Triest my best, a friend tried her best (she is an french inhabitant). All of us tried the best. (We Drive there three times->Fauri-Brive did- Nothing!!.
It is a Shame-Business. May be they learned of their former CEO-Martin Winterkorn.

Our VW passat had a malfunctioning spark plug during our holiday in France, VW Brive needed 7 days to replace it! This takes normally 15 min max. They replaced as well all 4 spark plugs while they were only 3 weeks old. Presented a bill of 237 euro. This is really not ok! Clearly they have skipped the chapter SERVICE of the VW handbook...

Very helpful staff in Service/repairs section. Gave good advice. Although I speak French, some staff can & will try to speak English if necessary.
