I arrived without an appointment for a mechanical emergency (reverse gear stuck), and I received a very warm welcome from the garage, who were friendly and efficient in resolving my problem (which was fixed that same afternoon). Excellent!

Update as of November 25th: My problem returned very quickly after I picked up my car (the next day). The garage had diagnosed a battery problem (the battery was replaced in July, four months ago) and had recharged it. They told me I needed to return to the garage that replaced the battery, but that it was definitely the battery causing my starting problem because they hadn't found anything else. However, I repeatedly asked if it wasn't related to something else (alternator, starter, spark plugs, etc.) that could be draining the battery. I was assured that it wasn't, that everything had been tested, and that it was definitely the battery. Two problems arose following my visit:
1. The Renault garage that replaced my battery (Renault Thivolle) clearly stated that the part was under warranty and that, if it really was the battery, they could have replaced it themselves, as any Renault garage is authorized to do so.
2. My starting problem persisted and was getting worse. They diagnosed and finally fixed it today: it was indeed the starter that had failed and was draining my battery.
Renault Faucon did see me quickly and without an appointment, but they kept my car for two days, assuring me that they had tested everything and that the problem was related to the battery. So I paid €127 for nothing because not only did they fail to find the problem, but they also lied to me. I now understand why their team so quickly asked me to leave a review on Google.
Thanks for the wasted time and money.
