Avoid this garage!
Parts and labor were replaced but not carried out. The next day, another breakdown occurred. The Royer garage paid for the new repair (a different garage) plus the hotel and restaurant because they were afraid of going to court...!!

Very bad experience in this garage. The workmanship is not acceptable at all. Very poorly done. Photo provided. If the owner has a problem with my review, he should call me.

Broken window, contact made through insurance. Garage easy to contact, quickly ordered the part, and then was able to replace the window without much waiting. Friendly and smiling staff, I recommend this garage

Absolutely perfect. The welcome was lovely and accommodating. They took care of my vehicle quickly, even though I wasn't yet a customer. My car, towed back, was immediately inspected for an initial diagnosis and repaired within three days, which frankly wasn't a given... Thank you again for your kindness and the responsiveness of the entire team. I know where to take my vehicle from now on.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Gérome the bodybuilder, a master's job. Vanessa at reception, adorable, answers all questions with patience, kindness and always with a smile. The guys in the workshop are very competent and attentive to the problems I encountered. I sincerely recommend this garage.
