My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM and confirmed by text message to replace two tires. Upon arrival, I was told the appointment would now be at 11:30 AM. At 11:50 AM, the car was still in the parking lot; I had to remind them that the car hadn't moved. Completely unprofessional! At the checkout, I received no discount. The guy gave me a set of keys, but they weren't even mine! I will never go back to this center.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Summer 2025: Front suspension replaced at their garage on my Nissan Qashqai. Two weeks later, a noise started coming from the front. After checking with my usual garage, it was indeed the suspension. Back there, they replaced the faulty part, which was fine for now.
February 2025: Glow plugs replaced by them, everything looked OK. Today, back to my usual garage because my car is having trouble starting… turn out the glow plugs are shot!!! Nine months is the lifespan of glow plugs, which is very short…
I will never set foot in their garage again, and I'm telling everyone I know about this unpleasant experience…

The replacement of all four tires was excellent.
I received a text message at the end of the service, and the staff came to get me in the waiting area. They gave me the Michelin voucher again and explained how to claim the rebate of up to €120 from Michelin.
No complaints whatsoever.

I received a quote for a battery. I checked on your website: same part number, same store, availability OK, promotional price. Yet, if I hadn't checked myself, I would have been charged the highest price. And what's more, the installation was listed as cheaper online than on the paper quote.
As a result, I went to a competitor. Bosch battery, same performance, at the same price as your "entry-level" Feu Vert brand. Conclusion: Feu Vert charges more than the competition and even more than its own website. They don't honor the promotion.

(Paid) diagnostic at the competition: obligation to change the pads + front discs. I went to Feu vert where a gentleman took the time to look at my vehicle in the parking lot without an appointment and for free. As a result, the discs did not need to be changed. Thank you for your honesty!! Very kind and honest. Very affordable prices. I recommend.
