I would like to sincerely thank the Lanot-Grousset garage, firstly for their warm welcome and kindness. It's become very rare these days. The entire team was truly friendly, from the receptionist to the mechanics. They were all pleasant and professional.
The mechanic who worked on my car was very thorough. He took the time to check and then repair my air conditioning, which had stopped working, and he really spent a considerable amount of time on it. What I particularly appreciated was that he took the time to investigate and understand the problem, and above all, he didn't charge me for all the time he spent on it. It's very rare these days to find a garage that is both honest and competent. You can tell that this family-run garage works conscientiously and, above all, with respect for its customers. I highly recommend this garage. Thanks again to the whole team!

We've always found them very professional, and hats off to them this time. We had a major problem with our Trafic van, which was under warranty and we bought it from them in July. The Lanot family, father and son, went above and beyond for several months to find the hidden problem and the solution. Once they found it, everything moved very quickly.
Thank you to them for their outstanding professionalism in every way. The welcome, the seriousness, the loaner vehicle for this extended period, and even a touch of humor were much appreciated.
In short, you can trust them for the purchase, maintenance, and repairs of your business or personal vehicle.

I highly recommend them!!! While on vacation in the area, my engine warning light came on, but the car wasn't malfunctioning. I stopped at this garage, which was conveniently on my route, and they came right away (even though they already had vehicles being repaired). They tested my car, ran a diagnostic check, and told me I could drive without worry for the time being :D I even got an explanation of the electronic fault! The staff were friendly, attentive, and always smiling, but above all, professional!!! Go there without hesitation :D Thanks from the girls of Nantes :)

Having trouble recharging the battery of our 100% electric Mégane because we forgot our cable (250 km from home), Renault Assistance referred us to the Lanot-Grousset garage in Mifaget, where we received a warm welcome from dedicated, competent, and very responsive staff who resolved our problem very quickly.
We highly recommend this garage, especially to Renault customers.
