The only place out of several points of sale to be up to date for obtaining a new registration certificate, with a lot of humor without compromising on seriousness. Top notch.

I am very disappointed and angry with this garage! Let me explain why! In March, I made an appointment at this garage for my Clio 3 for: a diagnostic check of the injection system and a service. I explained that my MOT (vehicle inspection) was in May, and that I wanted to have the service done at Renault so my car would be in perfect condition for the day. I asked for a quote with all the necessary repairs. The garage called me to tell me what they found on the car:
- Turbo solenoid valve (following the injection system diagnostic): approximately €200
- Service: approximately €300
- Found during the service: replacement of gearbox seal + linkage rods + gearbox oil change: approximately €500
- Brake fluid flush: €100.
TOTAL BILL: €1100.
Excessively expensive for what it is, but I went ahead with it; I had no choice. One month later, a rattling noise started coming from the front and an abnormal noise when braking from the rear, plus the "check injection" message reappeared. I took it back to the garage. They told me the message was a loose connection, the rattling noise was from the shock absorber links coming loose, but that the rear brakes were more serious: the brake kit and drums needed replacing. The quote was €1200!! I nearly fell off my chair!!! I don't understand it because I left it in for a service and a month later I have all these problems.... 🤔 Especially since the quote included brake fluid again!!! I told them I'd take the car back as is because I unfortunately don't have the money to do it! And then they started telling me I couldn't drive it like that, that it was dangerous, etc. However, three weeks earlier (when I went back to report the problems following the service), they told me that while I waited for the appointment, it wasn't a problem to drive like that, that the maximum braking force was on the front brakes, and that I just needed to brake gently. I told them I couldn't afford to pay and that I would take the car back as is. I had the repairs done elsewhere, where they were significantly cheaper. They asked me if the brake fluid had been changed. I said yes. He replied, "That's strange because it's dirty..." One has to wonder if it was actually changed! 99 euros for a brake fluid flush that was found dirty a month later... I don't understand it either. But I'll just accept it.
I confidently took it for its MOT (vehicle inspection) after the repairs had cost me a month's salary (which I don't have!) over two months... and then, the final blow! My car failed because the rear shock absorber was shot!! How could the garage not have noticed the broken shock absorber during the service??!! It's all you can see (see photo)!!! I've replaced shock absorbers on axles before, and I can tell you they don't just break down overnight. Two months ago, it was almost certainly already in this state, or at least in a very advanced state that suggested it wouldn't pass the MOT!
In conclusion, I paid Renault for a service I expected to be professional and high-quality. All they got was smooth talk! If you want my advice, keep your money. Even if you can't find better service elsewhere, at least you won't get ripped off as much!

Small Renault garage that's great. Friendly and attentive staff. It's a change from the huge Renault groups who, once you buy a vehicle, don't give a damn, to put it vulgarly. I recommend it 100% for the efficiency, the kindness, the consideration of customers, etc. Came for a recall on an R5. Thank you for being human and not a money machine, even if you have to make a living from it.
