I'm a regular customer for my car's maintenance.
I want to commend the receptionist, who is outstanding.
She knows her job inside and out, and I've always had a pleasant experience with her. She's also a pillar of the establishment.
However, I have a less positive point regarding the mechanics' behavior.
Therefore, I'm considering my options for the future.

We would like to particularly thank this garage for its welcome and efficiency in dealing with the breakdown of our camper van. While passing through the region, it was the only one in the area that agreed to receive us urgently. Well done!

I had my alternator replaced while passing through here in my Fiat camper van. Of course, the warranty period was almost half a year over. The garage claimed it took six hours, but my local Fiat garage said Fiat's standard time was 0.6 hours!
Is this fraud?
It also didn't fix the problem, but I didn't realize that until shortly before I reached Spain.
So, be careful!

The work was almost done well, except that the employees didn't pay attention to the vehicle accessories and caused breakdowns, resulting in repairs that were ultimately paid for by the customers because they refused to admit their mistakes. This kind of behavior is truly regrettable for a professional.
