I don't understand such a price difference for a tire repair compared to the independent garage next door. For a similar puncture, it costs €43 at your place and €13 at the competitor, who is currently closed for holidays. Unfortunately, anyone who gets a flat tire will have to pay the exorbitant price at Goullier's garage.

Absolutely avoid them.
They don't respect their partner insurer's services regarding the free loan of a vehicle, because it's up to the customer to request it...
And what about their claims follow-up with the assessor? They don't even contact the customer when the repair costs increase and exceed the vehicle's value! Insurance profiteers.
