I bought a used car two weeks ago and I'm a little worried after just discovering the many negative experiences other customers have had. My purchase went very smoothly; Jordan and Selim were very friendly, helpful, and offered good advice, as did Léna, who was very professional and guided me perfectly through the paperwork. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I won't have to deal with after-sales service, and if I do, I hope it will be better than what I'm reading in the comments! ;-)

I've been a customer for over 20 years, buying an average of two vehicles per year. The last salesperson I dealt with was appalling, even though I had just made a €50,000 purchase. I feel the service is deteriorating significantly. It's very difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone; they never call you back. There's a manufacturer recall for the timing chain on my DS7. They're telling me it doesn't need replacing, even though a few months ago I was quoted €3,200 because it was supposedly making noise. It is making noise, after all. I'm supposed to pay for it when there's a recall? That's absurd, to put it politely.

Very disappointed with the Citroën Sarrebourg service. My car has been immobilized for over a month and a half following a manufacturer recall for an airbag problem. Citroën asked me not to drive it for safety reasons, but the garage postponed my appointment until mid-November! I called more than six times, and each time, they hung up on me without providing any solution or explanation. I find this unacceptable for a safety recall from the manufacturer. No loaner vehicle, no follow-up, and completely lacking customer service.
