Doesn't communicate with its customers.
No information, no response to emails sent. Numerous messages left for Maria IA, who apparently doesn't forward calls... or else...
The customer service team openly mocks its customers. In short, no professionalism whatsoever. I had to give one star or the review wouldn't be published.

We visited this workshop on Wednesday as tourists, on the recommendation of the automobile club, because of an engine fault report. A young man behind the counter asked how long we'd be in Cabourg. Even though we told him we had to leave on Saturday, he told us they were currently experiencing a high volume of such cases and that an appointment wouldn't be available until next week. We barely spoke English. The initial discussion was only about the diagnosis and whether we could still drive the car. However, since the young man's overall attitude didn't seem solution-oriented, we looked for another workshop nearby, which then helped us in a very friendly and straightforward manner. Perhaps the young man should consider how he would like to be treated as a vacationer in a foreign country. Perhaps some of this car dealership's customers even make a living from tourism?
Friendliness and help are different.

Thank you to Barbara for her kindness and responsiveness. I placed my order at 5:30 p.m. and was able to pick it up the next morning.
The staff were welcoming and very friendly.
This wasn't the case with the garage in Honfleur, which couldn't process the order.

We were happy when we arrived at Camping De la Mer in Merville when a message appeared on the dashboard: "Tire pressure too low."
Was one of the tires punctured? We didn't notice anything. That's not something you want after a long journey.
We first pitched the tent and the next day asked at the campsite where we could check and inflate the tires. They immediately suggested "Garage Mary," 4km from here in Cabourg.
A little nervous, we went looking for the garage. Would they speak English and would they be able and willing to help us right away?
With a little English and some improvisation, the friendly woman at reception understood what we meant. She immediately called a mechanic. He drove our car into the workshop and after a few minutes said, "No problem, everything's fine." Very nice! I asked how much it would cost, but they brushed it aside.
Reassured and happy after this pleasant experience, we drove back to the campsite.
