To be able to give a review, you have to award a star. I'm doing it reluctantly; it's not one star, it's minus five that I'm giving them. On Thursday, November 27, 2025, I went to the garage to request a quote and make an appointment. I was greeted by Ms. Perazzini. She took note of my request, namely: 60,000 km service, tire change, and vehicle inspection. I told her that I had to go to Alsace for the Christmas holidays, and her response was, "No problem, I'll get you the quote and schedule an appointment." After 10 days, I called back to say that I was still waiting for the quote. The person I spoke to replied, "Ms. Perazzini is with a client. I left a message, she'll call you back." It's now January 1, 2026, and to this day, I have never received a call back!
I went to this dealership because I had received excellent service in 2022, so it wasn't my first time there. But in 2025, it was no longer the dealership I had known in 2022. A clear lack of professionalism, a very bad image for Peugeot.
I will never buy another Peugeot vehicle, due to dealerships "who have no respect for their customers."
