Unsatisfactory experience despite a simple procedure. I went to this garage to have two tires replaced, with the rear wheels rotated to the front. However, several points are problematic: – the mileage indicated on the invoice is incorrect; – the report mentions a check of fluid levels (oil, windshield washer fluid, coolant, brake fluid), even though the hood was never opened during the service; – rear wheel balancing was offered, but this was clearly not performed. I witnessed this and had to point it out to avoid being charged. In hindsight, this balancing didn't seem necessary anyway: I've driven over 1,000 km since then without any problems. Without my vigilance, I could have been charged for a service that wasn't performed. These inconsistencies undermine the trust one has the right to expect from a professional. Therefore, I remain very reserved about this experience.

Extremely professional and reliable! After running over a screw, I stopped by their shop (even though they were busy with other customers and scheduled services), and they repaired my wheel that same afternoon at a very reasonable price. I'm extremely satisfied!
