Friendly staff, no problems at all.
However, what a disaster when it comes to phone calls! They transfer you to a department, no one answers, you call back, they transfer you back to the department, later they answer and tell you they're checking information, 5 minutes later no one is on the line, they tell you they'll call you as soon as the vehicle is ready, you're still waiting, etc., etc...
Otherwise, the work is well done, which is the main thing, and as the saying goes, "spare the rod and spoil the child."
4 stars nonetheless.

Having broken down on the motorway this summer (engine failure),
I had my vehicle towed to the Peugeot dealership in Cahors. Living three hours away, I returned home with an initial diagnosis, which turned out to be correct.
I then requested an expert assessment with a fantastic expert (recommended by Peugeot) because the problem stemmed from a part incorrectly reinstalled by another garage.
Next, I had to wait for the long response from the other party's insurance company, but in the meantime, Ms. Martins and her team handled everything promptly and provided answers to my questions, even though I wasn't there in person!
I can only thank them for their efficiency and patience in answering my questions.
I picked up my vehicle today with a brand new engine.
I highly recommend them.
