Personally, I'm delighted to have contacted this garage. I had a coolant leak on my DS3. The diagnosis turned out to be accurate and the price to pay was true to the quote. The following week, a friend contacted them on my recommendation for his vehicle, and he was also happy. In addition, I can confirm a warm welcome and the manager seemed passionate about his job. So, for my part, I highly recommend this garage!

Extremely disappointed by the welcome and lack of professionalism of this garage and its "manager," who is only a manager.
I went in person to schedule my annual maintenance appointment.
On the day of the appointment, no one was available to take care of my vehicle; the "manager" was absent and the mechanic was sick.
The receptionist told me that the appointment was apparently not registered in their database and was therefore incorrectly noted.
On the phone, the manager, who had booked my appointment, "doesn't understand the problem and doesn't remember what he did," after giving me a thousand and one bizarre reasons for his absence.
I received no apologies and no solutions were offered.
I made an appointment at another garage where the welcome and maintenance would be better!
Therefore, unless you want to waste your time and money, this garage should be avoided.
PS: The rollers in the automatic car wash are old and don't clean!

PATHETIC
I had my service done there, but I still left with a faulty engine oil tank gasket. The result: no more oil and lots of traces in my condominium. They're doing what's necessary to replace it. However, after several calls and trips to demand a cleaning of the condominium, nothing has changed. So I've decided to sue them.

Unbelievable... I picked up my car after its 20,000 km service, no comments whatsoever, the vehicle inspection report was covered in oil stains... no consideration for the customer... and to top it all off... I got my car back covered in mud on the passenger side!!! No care whatsoever... no protection on the seat...!!!

SHAMEFUL!!!!!
This garage is a disaster! For a simple service, they quoted me €4,000 and left me with a ton of worry! Knowing I was going on vacation, I think they're taking advantage of customers' lack of knowledge to rush through exorbitant quotes!
Don't even go there for AdBlue!!!!
