I stopped at this garage to buy coolant because my reservoir was below the minimum. Not having a container to sell retail, the garage topped it up and didn't charge me anything. Needless to say, I'll be back for service, hoping they'll bill me! Thanks again.

A very nice repair on my Kangoo, and they also took the time to vacuum and clean the interior. Very good work, I recommend it.

Avoid at all costs! It's a shame because they're very friendly on the phone but don't provide information, so when you're actually there in person it's a problem! A woman who clearly didn't want to help her colleagues or customers made it very clear that she was bothered by having to fold down the back seats of her 3-door car because our belongings wouldn't fit (due to a lack of information over the phone). This attitude is beyond unpleasant, and when we pointed it out, she started yelling at us like a sailor. Meanwhile... lending a 3-door car isn't covered by my insurance policy... a Crit'Air 3? When you're not allowed to drive anything above 2, that's really professional! (I won't even mention the state of the bodywork for a body shop...) Anyway, we left. I'm not giving that kind of money to unpleasant incompetents who think they can get away with anything when they're completely in the wrong... but hey, I have better things to do than explain my job to a vulgar person. In response: you obviously don't know my contract. Furthermore, I'm not going to let myself be yelled at by someone who wasn't even helping me. I'm not using the word "ouch" because I don't have one 😅 Finally, I don't see which opinion you're referring to! On the other hand, you have dozens of opinions that agree with me, which isn't surprising given Renault's mediocrity.
