One star because zero isn't an option. They're real thieves. The service is terrible, and they're charging me for oil changes left and right for the PureTech engine problem. Their customer service is appalling, they take absolutely no responsibility, the wait times are incredibly long, they're trying to rip me off, and all the while my engine keeps stalling in roundabouts and on bends. The only time they called was to tell me they'd lost my computer file and that I had to bring all the documents back myself. We'd bought five cars from them, only to be robbed. Avoid them at all costs.

Excellent experience at this Peugeot dealership. Thanks to Joane for the towing service; she was very friendly and professional. Thanks also to Florence in the body shop for her kindness on the phone, and to Gaëtan for repairing my Peugeot 407 SW. A professional and pleasant team; I highly recommend them.

My car broke down on July 11th. I called the same day and explained in detail what had happened. They gave me an appointment for a diagnostic check on August 20th, but only due to staff shortages caused by summer holidays. So I took a day off work on August 20th to drop off my car and signed the paperwork for the diagnostic. They called me back five minutes after I left to tell me they wouldn't be doing the diagnostic because my problem was too complicated and would take too long, so they said they were doing this to avoid me paying for a diagnostic that was supposedly unnecessary. They made me wait for a month and a half (between the call on July 11th and the appointment on August 20th) for nothing, since I had already explained everything over the phone and they didn't even bother to look at my car on August 20th. They learned nothing new that day. I was then told that I needed to put together a file to send to Stellantis to see if they could cover the repairs. We put together the file and only received a response from Stellantis on October 22nd, because, coincidentally, that's a period when processing times are longer... I agreed to have the repairs done the next day, but they didn't start right away due to staff shortages, yet again. To this day, I still haven't gotten my car back. I called today, and they told me that the road test still needs to be done, but they have several to perform, so it won't be for a while yet. On top of that, they don't seem to care that I'm without a car for over four months; I have to find my own way to get to work. I'm very disappointed with Peugeot. This is my first car, what an experience! What is certain is that I will never buy another car from the Stellantis group.

This Friday the 24th, my wife went for a run. She passed the Peugeot dealership in Cambrai and encountered a Peugeot employee. To her great surprise, she didn't expect to be whistled at and called names by a Peugeot employee. Unfortunately, Cambrai is a small village, so I quickly got the person's name: Johnny, around 40 years old, with a beard. I find this behavior degrading to women, and furthermore, I don't think it reflects well on the Peugeot group. I'm bringing this to your attention so that this kind of thing doesn't happen again, especially given current events. I want to clarify that my comment only concerns the inappropriate behavior of this employee; I am not making any judgment on the quality of service or the brand. Sincerely,
