I needed to have my Renault checked. They were very responsive on the phone and listened carefully to my request. They were very accommodating and I was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. The service was quick and friendly. During the check-in, the receptionist kindly offered me a drink. I was very pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, speed, and more than reasonable price.
A big thank you to them, and especially to Mr. P. Nicolas, the workshop manager.

Expérience plutôt surprenante. Accueil très chaleureux, personnel très agréable, nous sommes venus pour un problème avec notre porte et le diagnostic nous a été offert. Cependant, 2 mois plus tard et toujours aucune nouvelle du devis de celui-ci, et cela après 2 relances au cours de ces mois. Donc on ne sait pas quoi penser ! Peut-être ne veulent ils pas de notre argent ! 🤣
