This is what's commonly called a "small garage," "small" in size compared to large dealerships, and "small" in staff because it doesn't have 50 employees... "Small" indeed, but so big considering the advantages it offers: availability, truly reasonable prices, all the explanations you could want, a place where you can leave your vehicle with complete peace of mind, where you know there won't be any surprises on the bill and that the service will be of very high quality. The manager will go out of his way to satisfy you and will find the solution to your problem. Efficient, fast, reliable, a human-scale and attractive garage... Kudos to him for being so professional and caring!

Our Volvo V60 suddenly indicated a low oil level with a red light. Apparently, we can't just use the standard oil in it, even though Volvo said we could, as we find it at gas stations. The technician there immediately called around to other companies to find the correct oil for us! We were able to pick it up that afternoon, and our problem was solved immediately.
