We came all the way from Lyon to buy a used car, and the manager tried to force us to buy a Coyote tracker because the car was already equipped with one (an additional cost of over €700 that wasn't disclosed). However, the Coyote contract ends upon a change of ownership (article 11.5.3), so it was a forced sale concluded with an admirable "it's now or it's €1000 more tomorrow." We refused, and the very next day the car was sold, probably to one of his acquaintances. He didn't want to sell us the car. So, avoid this dealership; it's a shame because the employees were friendly.

Wonderful! A woman who doesn't know much about mechanics, in this case me, shows up at the counter because the remote control for opening and starting her Mini isn't working. Probably an electronics problem, she's told. A diagnosis needs to be made. But not right away; she needs to make an appointment with a morning immobilization. Luckily, the ignorant woman, always me, was accompanied by a man who had the presence of mind to ask how much the diagnosis cost. €350. Sorry, I got a bit worked up. I took my key back and left the premises. We decided, after a bit of thought, that maybe the battery was faulty... and... bingo! Would they have bothered to check at the garage? No. I would have paid €350 for a diagnosis, plus a trip, plus a wasted morning, plus the cost of the repair: €1.50 (a brand new battery). Thank you, Mini!

The welcome and the team were worthy of the prestigious BMW brand. Thank you to this team for their professional service. Repair prices for all makes and models are no more expensive than elsewhere, and the service is far superior. Some models are surprisingly affordable; I might even be tempted to buy one in the future...

Unfortunately, the service doesn't live up to the bills... It hasn't improved in years, just coasting along. I waited five days for parts to be ordered to repair my X6. There's no stock of parts, so I had to wait for my car without a loaner. Deplorable for such a prestigious brand.
