I just picked up my Opel Corsa and I'm very satisfied. The customer service is excellent, nothing to complain about. The salespeople were attentive and answered all my questions precisely. The car was very clean when I picked it up. I recommend them without hesitation.

Run away!!! Catastrophic after-sales service
I bought a car 3 years ago (Puretech). The belt broke at 66,000 km, including all the invoices, and it was taken care of. I got my car back with oil stains in two places, so I brought it back to show them, but they couldn't get them removed, so they told me they would consult their manager. Since I still don't have the belt invoice, they tell me that the person in charge of it is on vacation. After a week and a half of waiting to hear from the manager, I decide to go back. This time, it was supposedly the manager who was on vacation. A week later, the parts were ordered and they replaced them, and a few days later, one of them disappeared. It's been almost two months since I changed my belt and I've been back to Opel 6 times because of their incompetence.
