Bad experience due to an accident. My car spent a month and a half in the garage after a rear-end collision. While I did have loaner vehicles, several issues have been noted since I left the garage. The entire rear end was repaired, but upon pickup, the rear window was defective—not centered, and the rear window seal was installed backwards. After that, everything was fixed because I noticed it myself immediately; otherwise, it would have stayed like that. It makes you wonder if there are any quality control checks. Thinking that was the end of it, I got my car back with water leaks... great. After supposedly a pressure wash, I was left with the same problem, only to have the third brake light resealed. And upon closer inspection of the trunk, some covers hadn't been replaced... enough to let water in... fantastic. Once is enough, even if the insurance covers pay, that's no excuse for shoddy workmanship. A good disassembly is no substitute for a good reassembly.

Great Renault garage in Carentan located on the road to Saint Côme du Mont. The garage offers a service station with prices on par with large stores. Car washes, a bodywork service, and mechanics. The owner is a hands-on man who worked his way up from employee to boss. He has field experience. The staff is very pleasant. In the mechanics department, the service manager is pleasant, smiling, and above all, gives good advice. After an appointment for mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, no more worries... the quality is there. Invoice equal to the quote, so no surprises. Thank you, Renaud.

The parts cost double... a windshield wiper paid 70 euros (the same one costs 20 euros at Norauto...) and a battery that costs 172 at Feu Vert and Norauto is billed to me 349 euros... arf I had forgotten the unpleasant feeling of having been fleeced when I had the windshield wiper; now I think I will remember it for life!... because above all no estimate is given before the repair (and I cry because the day before the repairman had offered to change my battery for 150-140 euros but due to lack of time because I had to go to his garage, I chose to do it at home in Carentan (my car having been started with a booster)... all this is not normal... the mechanics and staff are friendly and efficient but selling parts at this price makes you feel robbed
