Having recently arrived in the Var region, we are fortunate to have found this garage, which is excellent in every way. Professionalism, availability, a warm welcome, communication, and value for money! I am very satisfied. We will continue to use this garage for the repairs and maintenance of our three vehicles, despite the 30 km drive!

"Who better than Renault to service your Renault?" (spoiler alert) Certainly not the Renault in Carnoules.
I strongly advise against this garage. My experience was disastrous from start to finish. First of all, scheduling an appointment was a nightmare: I had to call several times to finally get a date, and even then, they managed to get the day wrong.
Then, when I dropped off my vehicle for a simple service, I noticed a complete lack of professionalism. The staff was rude and uncommunicative. What's more, they kept my car much longer than expected without providing any real explanation.
The worst part is that I got my car back in worse condition than before: there was a new scratch on the door, and when I got home, I realized the radio was no longer working, even though it had been working perfectly before they came in. When I tried to contact them about these issues, they were extremely difficult to reach and very uncooperative. In short, terrible service, a complete lack of respect for the customer, and deplorable quality of work.
