The maintenance team is awesome, from Marion at the reception, Marianne for the appointments and paperwork to Jean-Bernard dealing with the car! Peugeot Carpentras is the place to go! 01/2023 A great experience at the Carpentras shop! From, sales with Célia, to finances with Bettina and maintenance/SAV with Jean-Bernard, the team has been amazing! I'm enjoying my Peugeot thanks to them and the rest of the team! At the Peugeot Chopard dealership in Carpentras, after purchasing a €20,000 vehicle, I'm encountering problems, and I must say the after-sales service is practically nonexistent. The salesperson no longer responds. And when you start sending letters to the manager, you're referred to the used car sales manager, who in turn ignores you and only responds when he feels like it. But their real strength lies in their clever strategy: during the purchase process, they make you take out additional insurance that costs between €30 and €40 per month. This means that if you have a problem, it's not Peugeot Carpentras that pays, but your supplemental insurance, even though you have a year of Spoticar insurance... So beware, this could be called a disguised scam because whatever happens to you, Chopard isn't liable, and it's your supplemental insurance that will cover the repair costs. This sales strategy is very deliberate and not insignificant.

The welcome was excellent, especially since I came with my two young children who were able to play in the play area, which helped pass the time. However, I came in with a problem involving orange and red warning lights on my vehicle, and I left with a service billed at a certain price, but without having my problems resolved, even though I was only passing through. I would have preferred better technical support; I felt a bit ripped off.
