Unprofessional garage from start to finish. The receptionist was unpleasant (you're allowed to be on vacation, after all), one of her favorite phrases, I think. She'd be better off working weekends, given how slow they were. The owner was dishonest, quoting prices over the phone and then overcharging at the time of payment, claiming he couldn't remember what he'd said. A clear attempt to make money off the customer: tires quoted €180, when they had been paid €107 at another garage two weeks earlier. My vehicle was returned in an unacceptable condition: • Completely dead battery • No interior or exterior cleaning • Greasy marks on the tires (it's not that hard to apply tire shine) All the one-star reviews perfectly reflect my experience with them. A garage to absolutely avoid.

Shameful garage. The tow truck driver endangered our lives by deliberately reversing like a maniac, without looking, without thinking. He nearly ripped the car off a poor old man who had reversed into us, and instead of taking responsibility, he became extremely violent, threatening to hit the poor man, then fled like a coward, leaving chaos in his wake. No professionalism, no morals, no respect for human beings. This man is a public menace, not a tow truck driver. Avoid him like the plague. This garage has no business being in operation.

Run away!!! A breakdown service that prefers to make money from warranties!! Our vehicle was towed by this breakdown service and kept for 4 days (not including the weekend, of course) without warning. The paperwork was in the vehicle, but the secretary contemptuously told us that it wasn't her job to check who owned the vehicle!! And, according to her, she put it in a corner waiting to find out who would pay for the repairs. Except that we were actively looking for it by going around dealerships!!! But since the breakdown service gave false information, we couldn't know where it was, indicating that this or that garage didn't want it!! Nonsense, I had notified the authorized garage and they had been waiting for it since 9 a.m. Monday morning. But at least they're getting a storage fee!! But I'm the one who's being dishonest.

Excellent experience. My Fiat Ducato had a robotic gearbox problem. I called the assistance service, which sent me Theo from the Dalmasso garage. Understanding and competent, he took care of the process of finding a garage to drop off the vehicle. The garage was closed during the lunch break, so Theo dropped us off near the shopping center and picked us up after lunch to go to the garage. It's nice to find someone so caring during these difficult times. Thank you, Theo.

A very bad experience for me. It took three weeks to diagnose the problem (water pump replacement). While the car was out of service, I told the mechanic I was seeing fault codes on the vehicle via an app; the next day, the car was disconnected. When I picked up the car, there were greasy fingerprints on the hood, traces of fluid in the engine compartment, and a dent on the fender (apparently no protection was used during the repairs). The engine cover had been left out (but there were suction cup marks on the windshield—could someone have plugged in a cell phone?). I had to bring the car back because of a loss of power on the highway (80 km/h at full throttle).
