Where do I start...
Our camper broke down on day one of our trip to France. Managed to limp to this garage (we rang in advance)
To sum up -
They gave us estimates well before we were billed.
Informed us of times for parts required.
Was not too expensive.
The work so far has held up and we are on our way.
Easy to deal with, we had to rent a car as well.
They saved our holiday.

At the car rental reception, a person—who really needs to learn the meaning of "reception"—to put it mildly;
who, upon returning the car, insolently proceeded to "lecture" me, claiming with excessive fuss that the car wasn't returned clean inside and extorting €30 "for cleaning," asserting that it wasn't included in the rental, as if it weren't normal for the car rental company to contribute to cleaning the car between customers;
—by the way:
▪︎no complaints about the cleanliness of the bodywork,
▪︎and I filled the tank without hesitation, even though I picked up the car with a half-full tank; the employee "forgot" to notice.
I emphasize that I am criticizing the attitude of ONE person, not the garage.
December 18. Since your "response" is still here with its useless sentences that muddy the waters, and especially with its escalation of lies, I've decided to respond with a few examples:
1- A few blades of grass on the driver's side carpet become, for you, "piles on the carpets."
2- A few odds and ends on the carpet become, for you, "the carpet FULL of DIRT." (Why not up to the ceiling while you're at it?)
3- In the trunk, a few patches of grass (escaped from a can of herbs for cooking) become, for you, "trunk SCATTERED with grass and PIECES" (??) "of greenery."
4-And, you say, "it's a shame I can't attach photos"...?? The bouquet: no no, in fact, that suits you just fine; none were taken in my presence: they would simply have proven your exaggerations, which are such that they become lies.
