A very, very bad experience... I bought a vehicle for €14,000 with major problems, and despite the six-month warranty, the car broke down after a month. They sent it to the parent company, but they were in collusion with the managers. And then there was no response from the person who sold it to me, so I had to come in person. And over €5,000 in repairs in less than two years. I don't have a vehicle now.

A very bad experience with Lelong garage!!! Following a traffic accident on our way back from vacation, our vehicle ended up in Castelnaudary. Our insurance company recommended this garage because it is approved. We signed the work order on January 14th; the work was estimated to last 2.5 days. We contacted the garage multiple times to find out the status of the repairs and were led down the wrong path. As luck would have it, there was a nationwide parts shortage, and then meetings were scheduled to determine what they would do with the vehicles undergoing repairs. They never responded to our emails, and finally, on February 7th, after yet another call to find out the status of the situation, they informed us that they could not order parts because they were in the process of being bought out (this situation must have been a long time ago!) and that they were transferring our vehicle to a nearby body shop (unapproved, of course, and what about mechanical repairs?). They are absolutely incompetent! I hope the new owners plan to fire the entire team or at least train them in customer satisfaction.

Avoid this garage at all costs!!!! I bought my car for €9,000 with a dead engine!!! And of course, no possibility of repairs!!!! They tried to convince us that repairs were nonexistent!!!! What a disgrace for a Peugeot dealership! The only positive thing about this garage was the staff who, despite the terrible management, did their best to help me!!! Don't even think about going there, keep walking!

We broke down 350 km from home (recurring AdBlue problem), and Peugeot repaired our Rifter the very next day. A very pleasant welcome, answers to questions, and the car was returned washed. The bill is certainly high, but mainly because of the price of the part. This garage is highly recommended. We leave hoping that the dashboard alerts will finally stop... We'll see how it goes.

Broken down 700 km from home, for a repair request for a 3008: "We can't take delivery of your car, the person who's taking care of it is sick for several weeks." That's perplexing, isn't it?
