The work is well done, and the price of a service and MOT is reasonable.
But the price of spare parts is completely outrageous. A reconditioned alternator is being sold for €400, when you can find the same one for €120 online! It's understandable that they make a profit on parts sales, but this is frankly excessive!

I regularly rent vehicles from Renault Rent. The managers of this service are always friendly and professional. They are available for all reservations and find solutions to your requests. The other staff members of this rental service are friendly and provide answers to your questions: mechanical, technical, or other. The prices are very reasonable. I appreciate the service and the staff. I highly recommend it!

Hello, on my way to my holiday destination, one Friday at midday, my Dacia's air conditioning and fan broke down. I received excellent service, and the person who helped me, despite being busy at the end of the week, took care of my vehicle and immediately diagnosed the problem (the air conditioning supply line was frozen).

The used car dealer doesn't respond to the customer's requests. He wants to sell him a product he doesn't want at all costs. And at a price he doesn't want. Furthermore, the used car inventory in Castelnaudary is very limited. And it's impossible to test drive a vehicle from the Renault network. So, I went elsewhere.
