I had some warnings about a problem with my Adblue when driving from Nice to the Vendee. I googled the closest citroen and pulled into Castelnaudary with no notice and the friendly team dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently so I could continue with my journey. They didn't even charge me. Great service!

A disgrace. Following an engine leak repair, which was immediately paid for at over €1,000—a "known Citroën defect," they tell you at reception, but with absolutely no contribution from the manufacturer—we had to bring the vehicle back twice: once because oil was still leaking underneath, and the other time because the engine hadn't been cleaned before leaving the workshop! The second time, they lent us a car!! With a deductible of... €10,000. This is no joke. The deductible exceeds the value of the loaner vehicle. Unbelievable but true, this garage. A joke. Run away! Ask for Karl; you won't be disappointed!

Terrible experience at the Citroën dealership in Castelnaudary! I received a letter from Citroën regarding a recall on my vehicle. So I went to the Castelnaudary dealership to have it repaired. A test was performed on my vehicle, and the technician confirmed that the faulty part did indeed need to be replaced. I left my vehicle for repair. Later that day, the technician called me to tell me that the oil change was 6,000 km overdue! I told him that was impossible and that when I dropped off my vehicle, no warning lights were on! I returned to the dealership for further explanation and picked up my vehicle. I got my vehicle back with a very strange noise coming from the engine and my air conditioning no longer working. I asked for an explanation, and the technician told me that there was indeed a suspicious noise. It was apparently the belt that was too tight! Regarding the air conditioning, he told me a cable was cut and quoted me €800! As for the oil change, he said it was a glitch! This is getting ridiculous! I got annoyed and told the technician that I had left him a car that was working perfectly, and after their work, I was left with a vehicle that no longer functions properly. So, I legitimately demanded repairs. At that point, the workshop manager intervened and, in a haughty tone, told me—and I repeat what he said—"I won't do anything more to your vehicle; do what you have to do." Then he left with his team in the dealership, leaving me in the parking lot with contempt. I find this behavior shameful coming from a team leader towards a customer. I strongly advise against using this dealership.
