Shameful! My child is calling because he is looking for an employer for a vocational baccalaureate, we are in the car due to a lack of network, it cuts off, so he calls back, he is literally fired upon, cannot get a word in edgewise and then they hang up on him, he calls back to be able to explain that it is a lack of network (what is the point of calling back if he would have hung up??) they do not answer his number, I call with mine, they pick up immediately, so I explain what happened and I am still driving (the secretary was very kind and pleasant) she puts me through to a man who was unpleasant, arrogant and so on, I explain his response to him again: so what? I ended up saying ok we understand your reputation, only for him to hang up on me, you should invest in a better phone if you have phone problems because you are blaming a 14 year old child (which was not his fault) which you yourself have done several times. It would also be interesting to perhaps do an internship to learn how to address customers, although... no, I would never be a customer of Peugeot Cazeres given its deplorable and immature behavior...

The receptionist was friendly, and the mechanics were young but seemed competent.
However, I dealt with a burly man with white hair, perhaps the manager, who was very cold and unhelpful. I really felt like I was being taken for a ride, someone they wanted to squeeze as much money out of me as possible.
I won't be going back.

A customer for about ten years, I've always received a very warm welcome and friendly staff.
My 207 SW, bought new in 2011, has always been serviced here and still runs like new.
My parents' car is also serviced here and runs perfectly.
Over the years, the employees have become almost friends, and we always chat with a smile, which proves that a great atmosphere is the norm in this garage, making it all the more serious and professional. I recommend them 200%!

Scam. Doesn't fix the faults. I went in for a coolant temperature sensor problem on my 207 (EP6 engine). They changed the oil vapor hose, a fuse box-type unit (oh, they change that every time!), and the intermittent temperature problem returned a few days later. Avoid at all costs!!!

Fast, friendly, and competent after-sales service. I called about a problem with my vehicle, it was taken to the workshop immediately despite the schedule, 3 days later I got my vehicle back and for a very reasonable price! I recommend this garage on a human scale
