Even though the bar was set very high by my previous mechanic (Jean Pierre Romanet in Chamalieres - I'm switching due to moving), I must say that the impression given by Florent SAUGERE's team during the first service visit was excellent: very professional, accommodating, and friendly. So, 5/5 without reservation.

Malgré que le véhicule ne soit pas entretenu habituellement ce réparateur agréé Citroën.
Très bon suivi du dossier par l'assistante après vente et prêt d'un véhicule de courtoisie pour rentrer chez moi.

When you're like me, completely clueless about mechanics (I mean, really clueless), it's reassuring to deal with honest and highly competent professionals. Always ready to help if needed, a great welcome, and very responsive.
