Professional, caring, and efficient.
On my way to my vacation destination on Friday, February 21, 2025, I arrived at this garage in a pinch in my Opel Zafira B with 116,000 km.
My vehicle was malfunctioning: the ABS and engine warning lights were coming on simultaneously. Every time I stopped, they would go off and then come back on after a few kilometers. I was worried. Braking is a serious matter! Yet I had recently had a lot of work done, including a complete brake overhaul.
The technical team took care of my vehicle immediately.
A mechanic put my car on the lift and carefully examined it, testing the brake system in particular. He noticed a minor coolant leak, but more importantly, that brake fluid had overflowed from the reservoir (a common occurrence when brake shoes are spread apart) during installation, and that the technicians (from another, less reputable and professional garage) hadn't cleaned up the spill afterward. This oil, mixing with the leaking water, could have clouded the sensors and triggered the two engine warning lights.
The technician quickly applied a cleaner to the various areas where the oil had accumulated. He then retested the oil system to ensure there were no further leaks. After offering some additional advice, he refused to take any payment.
His diagnosis was correct: during the 500 km drive to our vacation destination, the warning lights didn't come on again.
I am grateful to the team at this garage for their prompt and highly professional assistance. I recommend them to everyone for their kindness and professionalism.
