My whole family and I have always gone to this garage. Before, everything was fine; the staff were friendly and helpful. But lately, things have gone downhill.
After an accident, I left my car at their garage. They returned it to me three months later without having replaced the main part (the radiator was leaking). I finally got my car back with a brand new bumper that was already scratched, and they wouldn't hear of it. Meanwhile, they lent me a car in a terrible state with completely bald tires that were over eight years old.
Every time, I'm treated with a haughty attitude.
My sister also had a bad experience with a service appointment. They didn't provide an estimate and then, when I returned the car, asked for a different price than the one initially quoted.

Our car has been serviced at this garage for several years and I've never had any problems. They are honest people who don't charge for unnecessary things and alert us to things that need to be done quickly or when it can wait. You can trust them 😉

A big brand, but minimal service. Two brothers, one very nice and the other, who works in the garage, not so nice.
After €2800 worth of bodywork repairs on my car, I asked him to paint the cover of my side mirror, which should have taken him about 5 minutes.
He told me he didn't owe me anything and started getting agitated. If you're looking to buy a car, steer clear, because as soon as you ask for any service, they immediately want to charge you for everything and treat the customer like dirt.
