Very good auto repair shop.
Appointments are made quickly. The work performed meets my expectations; I've never had any problems following the repairs.
I'd like to point out the customer service, which is also very good, and that's just as important in my opinion. I was able to benefit from a loaner car during my last visit to the garage. A recent courtesy vehicle (even new, let's say) and with fuel, to boot! At least the Duballe garage doesn't make fun of its customers, and some garages in Chablis should follow their example.
I recommend it without hesitation.

We were very well received. We were helped after a Peugeot blunder in Auxerre, who are terrible.
A word of advice: contact Mr. Duballe instead, who is professional and very welcoming (Peugeot garage in Chablis).

Too bad we can't give more stars...
I broke down late Wednesday afternoon. I was welcomed into a first garage with deplorable service (see my reviews)... I was knocked on the door of this establishment when they were about to close and I was 300 km from my home. They took care to welcome me and treat me after the many troubles I had been through. Their generosity and quality of service were extraordinary... Despite closing time, they repaired my vehicle, promising me that I would leave their place that evening. I would like to thank them again for their generosity, their commitment, their quality of work... I am delighted to have met them... professionals with human values... it's so rare, even unexpected...
