Hello to those who will read this. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership in June 2025. All initial contact to make the decision was done remotely, as I live 300 km from the garage. Everything went very smoothly, and everything perfectly matched the file (photos, maintenance history, etc.). On Friday, Mr. Pavageau picked up my wife and me from the Chalonnes train station. We received a warm welcome, and everyone was very friendly.
A few weeks later (after barely 1000 km), the vehicle started making a knocking noise intermittently. I notified the garage, and they immediately took care of it. I found a partner garage near my home that carried out the repairs, which were 100% covered by the Thuleau dealership.
I highly recommend this dealership. I have complete confidence in them; they didn't let us down when the problem arose, despite the distance.

I got a flat tire yesterday, a Sunday afternoon, 200 km from home, far from everything and in a parking lot inaccessible to a tow truck. What a treat to be helped so quickly and with a smile! Getting the flat tire back on to free up the trunk was tricky: quite an improbable feat to get everything secured. Thanks to Jean-Luc for his perseverance, skill, and helpfulness.
