Garage du Pont Royal were very helpful when I had an accident whilst returning to the UK. I had to leave my car with them as the rear suspension had been damaged. I returned a week later and they had fixed my car so that I could drive it back to the UK. Despite the language barrier they communicated well and didn’t rip me
off when I was left in a desperate situation. I can highly recommend them if you are unfortunate enough to need their services.

Friday, 1:30 PM, my car broke down...
I called the insurance company, a real ordeal going from one service to another on the other side of the world...
Finally, the tow truck arrived!
And this nightmare turned into a wonderful day!
Full of common sense, kindness, professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness!
I wouldn't wish being stranded on the side of the road on anyone, of course, but I wish everyone could find a team like the one at Garage du Pont Royal!
A huge thank you to the whole team and a special shout-out to the tow truck driver!!
This garage and this team are exemplary!!
And I'm not even mentioning the diagnosis! It was fixed in 5 minutes! Amazing!! Comfort, solution... etc.

This garage is affiliated with my insurance company. They came to pick up my vehicle on a day that suited them, even though the insurance company had agreed on a specific date and time. They called today to tell me about the breakdown and quoted me an exorbitant price for the part. They were very unpleasant on the phone. I requested that my vehicle be taken to a trusted garage. I absolutely do not recommend this garage.

After breaking down, I went to this garage: a real scam. The prices are excessive, €400 for changing a hose. The bill was pulled out of thin air without any explanation. Clearly, they take advantage of tourists and people in difficulty. Avoid at all costs!!!
