A complete disaster from start to finish!! I've never seen anything like it! They told me they don't accept cars they don't have time to repair. It still took two weeks to fix mine... And even then, only because I insisted! (Since the car wasn't mine, I had to return it to its owner). I never heard anything, they didn't call me back after taking my phone number five times. And the repairs were done without ANY Estimate!! 400 euros for an engine mount and a gear selector repair—I found that outrageous, especially since they didn't warn me beforehand or make sure I could afford it! This practice is totally illegal; I should have refused to pay. Furthermore, the part was ordered from a website I gave them (SAAB brand), and the price was inflated. I would have saved money if I'd placed the order myself... And even for that price, the car wasn't even put through a car wash, even though it was covered in bird droppings... Two weeks later: the replaced engine block broke!! They assured us it wasn't their fault. A mechanic had to look at it and call them to say it was incorrectly installed before they admitted their mistake. It also took a lot of insistence and a great deal of time for them to at least reimburse us for the repairs needed because of the breakage. Furthermore, a trusted mechanic assured us that the bill had been significantly inflated. In short, a complete rip-off, putting us in danger (we drove on the highway for 8 hours with a broken engine mount), and a clear lack of professionalism. They were recommended to me, but apparently not everyone is treated the same!

The welcome was good despite the long waits. The first few times, the wait was the downside. I'm taking off a star because, in addition to that, I was promised a quote by email, which I followed up on two weeks later. A month after my follow-up, still nothing. I'm very disappointed 😞 but it's practically the only garage in the area that answers the phone, and they are very kind and competent.

A minor, urgent repair was completed quickly without any specific disassembly of bodywork (a bird had been hit by a car and lodged itself in the grille in front of the radiators). The service was professional and efficient. I will gladly return. In the past, I have had my summer/winter tires changed several times.
