I received a fantastic welcome at this garage, thanks in particular to my advisor, Kevin Moreira, who was incredibly patient and attentive, providing excellent advice and answering even my most trivial questions. I also commend the professionalism of his colleague, Kylian. I highly recommend them; I am more than satisfied with the car I chose – 10/10.

Car pulling to the left → appointment at the garage. In the meantime, I get a flat tire, so I put on the spare. Out of sheer courtesy, I let the garage know that it might lengthen the inspection because the tires will need changing. D-Day: pleasant welcome, loaner vehicle (for a fee, of course). In the evening, they tell me that my car has “no problems,” but that they still drove it an extra 36 km. A real “dynamic” test drive, apparently. And then, the gem of the day: they explain that the flat tire probably caused the pulling to the left, even though the flat tire happened AFTER. When I call them back, I'm met with a magnificent sigh: “FFFF… fine, I'll take your word for it.” Professionalism = 0 Then, the same gentleman also tells me that my car “was in an accident, the paint job was redone, right?” When I replied that I wasn't aware: "You weren't aware?" Well, no: it's not my vehicle, it's my mother's, something he could have understood from the start with a registration and driver's license in the same name. A mix of contempt and condescension, which I obviously pointed out when I picked up the vehicle the next day. Result: - "No problem" found - Tires just reinflated (not changed) - Recommendation to change two tires plus the spare, but without doing anything else because "it could be dangerous since you drove with an underinflated tire." And €241 in my bank account for absolutely nothing, except gratuitous arrogance and extra mileage. In short, an experience where you pay a lot to leave exactly as you arrived, with the added bonus of a condescending attitude. So much for professionalism. 👏

Excellent service and a truly professional workshop manager. My C3 had its 4-year service and everything went perfectly. Reliable and efficient service, I highly recommend them!
