Had a tow bar fitted and trailer with number plate. Excellent service from ordering to installing. I would definitely recommend.

Been using this Feu Vert for many years, always had good service in the shop.
Recent visit (Today) Staff super friendly and helpfull.
Bought a capot for my Remorque.
Staff member unpacked it for me and helped me fit it.

I made an appointment last Thursday 3/11/2022 to have two tyres fitted.
I arrived at the scheduled time, only to be told that my tires had not arrived. I had to persuade the agent to fit my spare wheel, as one wheel on the car was illegal. I drove the 35km home having spent four hours driving a total of 90 km... for nothing, except for the officer's promise to call me on Friday when the tires arrived.
Friday... the promised call came and an appointment was made for 2:00 pm. I arrived on time and gave the car keys. I sat in the designated waiting room, but as time went on, I walked around the store in hopes that someone would remember me!
At about 3:20pm, I walked outside and was surprised to see my car parked in an adjacent parking lot 100 yards from Feu Vert, No one told me my car was ready, even though they must have known I was there, on the premises, waiting. After another 15 minutes I was given my keys.
The service was extremely poor. I will never use Feu Vert again. In total, it took me about 10 hours and 200 km to get two tires fitted

Absolutely awful!!! The staff were rude they were late in fitting the tyres. I was told 1 hour to fit we arrived to find nothing done they were all talking and smoking. Then when we complained the female staff were so rude.
Will not recommend at all and not return

Very good service, and product knowledge, also good professional advice given. The engineer spoke very good English and explained the work proceedure very clearly, thank you.
