Took my UK A45s there today to ask them to check out a "low coolant level" warning that kept coming up.
Service guy, Aurelien, checked it for me, explained what to do, and sent me on my way, relieved.
No charge.

I have used this dealer on many occasions both for regular servicing and repairs. As I write this my car is still suffering a coolant leak following a repair to rectify this a few days ago. When I called to advise of the problem I was told to sort out the return of the car as they had not been paid to road test it. This follows dispute over the price of the repair which was reduced by 200 euros following a comparison from a UK dealer. There was no apology. Previously following a standard service I discovered an oil leak from the filter. Again no apology.
I had a repair of a break pipe which was done competently. However again the price of the repair was inflated by hundreds of Euros and only reduced by the presentation of a UK quote.
I am not sure whether all customers are treated so badly of whether this is a reflection of my English nationality

Excellent service as always, 5-stars for the service department (SAV) however only 1-star for the website. The newest website version is terrible, it is confusing, over populated with stuff, you have to scroll down and scroll down to find anything, and because it is so busy, it takes forever to load up. It is now almost impossible to find anything on the website, for example try and find a link or info on SAV, it doesn’t exist. If it does, I was not able to find it. The black background is not at all pleasing to the eye.

My favourite Mercedes dealer. It's worth saying that we have been visiting Mercedes for nearly 20 years and the staff know us. Which means they keep their staff, a good employer. Says it all.

Very friendly staff especially our advisor who speaks English which makes the whole experience simpler and informative for us.
