Ce petit garage m'avait été recommandé, je l'ai recommandé et je le recommande à nouveau chaleureusement.
Une amie y était allé pour son RAV 4, elle a été satisfaite des travaux. Une voiture de courtoisie lui avait été prêtée pendant ses travaux qu'elle avait méchamment accroché, et le garage a été très gentil et compréhensif. Il est venu la dépanner sans aucun encombre. Le patron s'était sincèrement soucié de mon amie.
Ma belle mère également a fait des travaux chez eux : ravie aussi.
J'ai diagnostiqué mon véhicule pour un pallier de cardan avant. Retour rapide et devis transparent et très correcte niveau prix main d'oeuvre et pièces.
L'état d'esprit que j'ai perçu : sérieux, honnêteté, générosité, modestie. J'insiste sur le sérieux et l'honnêteté. Le diagnostique m'a été offert. Et on m'a refusé les pourboires. Donc, prévoir une boite de chocolat, ou des bonbons ou quelque chose qu'ils ne pourraient refuser !
Bon à savoir, mitoyen au garage, il y a un centre de contrôle technique !

I dropped my car off at this garage to have the brake pads changed. On the phone, they told me the price for brake pads + discs, but I refused. I left my car, clearly specifying the brake pads only. I picked it up with the discs changed and the accompanying invoice. When I protested, I was given a lecture about the safety and lives of my children. I gave up. 2 months later, I left my car at a manufacturer's garage for another warranty repair, and they called me back: the discs were too small and the brake pads didn't fit, the braking was weak and dangerous! I went back to the garage, which told me it wasn't possible, before changing its mind when I offered to show them the photo. They finally paid for the repair at the manufacturer's to replace the original parts. I spent two months with faulty brakes. When I talked about it, I heard other people in my situation, parts were changed without the owner's consent and they had to pay to get their vehicle back. In short, a garage to avoid.

I tried it once and I won't be going back... the prices are really high, they do repairs without finding the main problem and end up adding repairs every day... I got my car back and went to another, more competent mechanic who did things in the right order and in the end it cost me much less.
