My first experience at this garage and I'm really very satisfied. The team is very professional, offers good advice, and doesn't try to upsell you at all. They're incredibly accommodating, customer-focused, and attentive, which is becoming rare.
You can always say it's too expensive, like with insurance... but in the end, "cheap" often ends up costing more. Here, the work is done well, and you know exactly what you're paying for. I highly recommend them.

Okay, let's be honest. I live in Charleville, and I've dealt with four or five garages, but none of them have been as professional and competent as Cédric. He goes above and beyond listening to his customers; he takes excellent care of them. If there are any negative reviews, they're not from customers; it's impossible. I recommend him 100%. Without hesitation. ✨

Catastrophic! I just hope we don't have any problems on the way back!
We called a tow truck because our car wouldn't start. Two days later, they told us we could pick it up, but they hadn't actually done anything to it. It started, so they were happy and didn't investigate further.
Finally, we dropped the car off two days later, and the same thing happened again. They hadn't done anything and said the car was hard to start but that it would eventually start. In the end, two weeks wasted, and we're still in the same situation.
I'm not going to stop giving them bad publicity because such a lack of professionalism at this garage shouldn't even exist!
I had to give one star because it was impossible to give zero!
