Following an error message on the highway one Sunday, my insurance company referred the repair to the garage.
The repair was handled by the garage manager himself, who was kind and reassuring.
The vehicle was then handled by them with the professionalism and thoroughness we would expect from all garages in France.
I would particularly like to thank the workshop manager, who kept me informed and answered my questions efficiently and competently.

Coming from the Côte-d'Or region, I broke down on the motorway due to an engine problem. I contacted the garage to ask them to help us out. The receptionist told me she was overwhelmed and couldn't see us. This attitude is unprofessional.
I do not recommend this garage for emergencies.
