Disappointing, firstly because of the delays (but that's Stellantis's fault), but especially because of the communication between the dealership and the customer. First, they gave us two appointments to replace the Takata airbag when they didn't have the part in stock. So, I had to arrange to drop off the car only to be told they didn't have the part on hand. Then, during the replacement, the coffee machine charged me €3 for one coffee, and I was told it was coming, only to be left standing there.
The only positive point was the young Cassandra, who took responsibility and was professional and empathetic towards us.

Purchased a 3008 with Johan.
Reputable garage.
Johan was fantastic, and we ended up buying a car 700km from home without even seeing it, and we have absolutely no regrets. Johan gave us excellent advice, greeted us with a smile, and offered us a great coffee upon arrival. The vehicle preparation was impeccable, very clean, and they even included the original floor mats without us asking!
In short, I 100% recommend this garage.
