What a joke. Very unprofessional staff. They didn't even know that their cars (new Mercedes) have a "Me Mercedes" feature that you need to register change of ownership. Could assist or more that they couldn't be bothered. We were going to ask about fitting a detatchable tow bar, but there is no way I'm letting them loose anywhere near my car.

My 1,5 month Old C220d went in to emergency program while I was on a holiday 12 July 2022.
Broke down tuesday, SOS drove it to the nearest dealer. Called the dealer wednesday, was told it was a very complicated problem when the Car did what it did. (Even though they havent even looked at the car. Yellow engine light and emergency program). Said that they would maybe look at the car in the evening. I said it would be very appreciated since I was on a holiday with my wife and 2 kids (9 month and 5 years). And we are now stuck in the rented house without a car.
Thursday: Bastille day, closed
Friday: SOS called the dealer again to hear if they had looked on the car.
“No, because they needed the registration certificate before they would start working on it”. (Why didn’t they say it wednesday when I called?)
Told them it is in the glove compartment.
Said they would Maybe look on it. (They didn’t).
Saturday + Sunday: Taxi 40 minutes to Châtearoux, Hotel in châtearoux
Monday: SOS international found a german Car that we drove home to Denmark in. Still no call from Mercedes Châtearoux.
Tuesday 10 o’clock: They called me and told me my Car is ready. The fault: Didn’t tell, but we have “Updated the system”
Got it transported to my local MB dealer in Denmark (Got it 14 days after) they can now tell me, that Mercedes Châtearoux just deleted the faults. A job that have taken 15-20 minutes.
I am disappointed that a expensive car breaks Down after 1,5 month but I am more disappointed with Mercedes Châtearoux. There was no understanding or the slightest goodwill to take a look at the car and set a diagnose. It seemed that they just tried to hold the car to the week after, not considering the consequences it had for the customer.
Would definitly never go again.

Unworthy of a Mercedes dealership!
To claim a vehicle has no defects and is in impeccable condition when it has multiple cigarette burns.
And above all, to dare to let a customer leave for several hours of driving with tires in this state—shameful!
