I got a phone call, and after exchanging a hello, the boss, unhappy with my comment, threatened to stop helping me 😅. I immediately ended the call; it wasn't going anywhere ^^. He thinks he's the only repairer 🤣.
In his reply to my comment, the boss wrote that I'm trigger-happy, a strange response. When I look at my reviews, the vast majority are 4 or 5 stars, and a few are 1 star. Indeed, I'm a believer in whether it's good or not; it's rarely average.
In short, there's no point arguing with these people, and p.s.: on my Clio, two tires from another store cost less than double the price of one from you with a 'discount'.

So, update to my rating after 3-4 visits:
Lack of communication on the price. Very expensive price (€170 per tire)
No alternatives offered (cheaper brands...)
No action taken when you're unhappy.
Added services at ridiculous prices (test drive for €20, that's expensive for a lap around the parking lot).
Very nice at first glance, but I have family who tell me about garages where people bend over backwards to find alternatives. I definitely won't be spending another penny there.

I strongly advise against this garage if you want fast service!
Car brought in on Thursday for a broken alternator. It's Tuesday and I'm still waiting for the quote, and when we call the secretary, she doesn't know anything. I don't think they need customers.
So I went across the street to Peugeot, problem solved in half a day!
