These things are never inexpensive (!) but the repair was done quickly and on time allowing me to get to Calais.

The team is very welcoming, the place is quite new and well-maintained, and the parking lot is even secure now, which is a plus.
The staff is excellent, the mechanic Anthony did a great job, and I heard very good things about the bodywork specialist.
However, the wait time is extremely long. If there are two people ahead of you, you know you're going to be there for 30 minutes, even if you're just dropping off your keys... And if you could remember to let us know when the work on the car is finished, that would be fantastic. I had to call myself shortly before closing time because I hadn't been notified.

STRONG DISTRUST - On 09/16/25, a free diagnostic was performed: front brake discs and pads needed replacing. We received a quote of €509 including VAT. On 10/28/25, we had an appointment for the work: "We don't have the parts anyway, we need to do a check-up."
Check-up results: front brake discs less than 5% wear - front brake pads less than 10% wear. Check-up price: €523. The explanations given on-site were unsatisfactory, so I sent an email requesting clarification. No response. I sent a registered letter. No response.
How can we trust professionals who act this way? A mistake can always be explained; otherwise, it's dishonest.

Very good garage. The workshop manager is knowledgeable and provides the necessary explanations. The young representative is welcoming and a good professional. The repair work is carried out on time and well.
