What can I say...
I have an electric car that needs to be serviced every year. Until now, I've been going to my dealership in Valence. Everything was perfect except for the distance.
This year, I've decided to have my service done at this garage closer to my home.
I have a Dacia maintenance contract.
I'm applying for a loaner car while the service is being done. Which isn't a problem.
I have to insure the vehicle, and to do so, they ask me to use my insurance app to insure their loaner vehicle for 48 hours. The other dealership never asked me anything, but hey, why not. I do it; it doesn't cost me anything, and I was well guided by the garage. You also have to know when something's wrong. I pick up a car with a dry tank. I go to fill it up, and when I report it, they tell me I shouldn't have done it, and that I should have returned the car dry. Are you looking for the mistake? I should have done for the next person what was done to me. What a nice response.
I asked if my worn windshield wipers had been changed. To which I received an unpleasant response. I asked, and Dacia accepted it, but sometimes Dacia doesn't pay us. Is it based on mileage? They asked me to come back in 15 days, saying they would take care of it. I told them they were no longer using wipers and that I couldn't stay like this for another 15 days. They ended up changing them, telling me that if there was a payment problem, they would get back to me. Look for the mistake, when Dacia accepted the wipers through my maintenance contract?
I asked if my tires had been checked? Yes, they checked the pressure, they were still good, they replied. I didn't ask anything else, given the annoyance level of the person in front of me, and my own, which was rising, telling me I was going to look in the maintenance log attached to my car.
I checked my maintenance log, and nothing appeared on it. I don't know what's been done?
Maybe it takes a little while for it to appear. I'm happy to give them the benefit of the doubt...

I purchased a car remotely for my business from Rey Garage, and everything went perfectly.
Communication with the seller before the purchase was excellent, allowing me to finalize the transaction quickly.
On site, the welcome was warm; the car matched exactly the advert and is in perfect condition.
The garage also took care of the registration document, which I received very quickly.
Special mention to the seller, who kindly returned my stamp that I had forgotten on his desk: a true sense of service!
I highly recommend this garage and will definitely come back!
