Not professional at all.
I explained my problem, supposedly resolved it... As a result, I went back to another garage two days later because the problem wasn't resolved. The garage wants to be paid but doesn't want to do the work properly. Run away!!!

Very satisfied with my visit to Profil Plus Chaumont!
After a simple quote for a service, I had a very quick appointment and was greeted with a smile by Johanna, which is always a pleasure.
Finally, I also changed my tires, as one of them had a big dent (large cut + wear), which the mechanic explained to me clearly. The team is very accommodating and transparent: you leave knowing what was done to the car, and that's reassuring.
As a bonus: there's a loyalty program! For a bill of €655.64, I already have €16.27 in savings to deduct from my next visit.
In short, I'm delighted to have finally found a good garage in Chaumont. I highly recommend it!

A big thank you, we had the pleasure of having the workshop manager who knew how to take care of us.
Because after a trip to another garage, we had to replace our turbot. Finally, thanks to him, we were able to get back on the road for our vacation.
